"I stayed here for one night to catch my flight at Heathrow Airport. Check in was easy, all the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly. I had an issue with the air conditioner and someone came to my room to assist. I opted for the breakfast and it was good with lots of options. I would stay here again."

"The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely."

"Do not like the many obstacles involved in air travel - take the edge off all ‘good times’ for a traveller. Staying in a good hotel 100 metres from check in is worth an extra $100 a night as it makes the experience as bearable as possible. Will do again! "
