"Jamie met me on arrival and was friendly, welcoming and offered to aasist me with local information. The walls seemed quite thin, I could hear one person snoring in a room next to me, and a couple in the other room next to me talking loudly until around midnight. The shower plughole was blocked and backed up when I had a shower, and the bathroom window wasn't secure. I looked for the host before I left for work but couldn't find him to share this information. "The stay was decent in terms of beds and bathrooms etc, however one of our rooms was on teh top floor and the heating either wasn't working in the room or there was none. We were provided with an industrial fan heater, however couldn't leave this on when we were asleep/not in the room for safety reason so the room was absolutely freezing during the night. Ohter than that the stay was exactly what you'd expect for the money paid"
