"The staff were very good, very helpful.
I had thought the low cost was due to being out of the season, but sadly, the price reflected quality of the hotel, which was was poor, in that the beds were bad, I can normally sleep anywhere; upright on a settee; on a floor; but I would wake after 4 hours with a stiff back & went downstairs to the canteen & sit to give my back a chance to stop being stiff.

"top class hotel. big room. very clean. wifi worked. It is part of the Mailbox building. Handy if you want to visit the BBC. Parking under the hotel. A bit of a challenge to get to the parking entrance but google helped.
Food options in the bar a bit limited.

"Had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions.

"The superior twin room felt rather outdated for the price, and the bathroom even more so.
