"Clean room , had all the basics perfect for weekend away and beatiful staff ."

"Paper thin walls meant there was lots of noise all through the night. Amenities are very old & in need of repair. Toilet ran for 5 minutes every time it was flushed and sink taps left a black residue all over the sink everytime they were used."

"Location was great parking on site was easy just join the group for free. The unit was in close proximity to all of the Nelson bay facilities and not to far to walk down and around the Nelson Bay Dock and beachfront."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price...

"Only reason we booked this property was due to indoor swimming pool. Both pool was cold and there was some issue with the temperature. I enquired few times but no prompt action or comms was given re the issue and no action taken too. Really disappointed with this but otherwise property is well maintained."

"Glamping tents were spacious and clean. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. They made us truly welcome to this amazing sanctuary of koalas endangered by human beings like us. "Located on a quiet street with private parking. Close to beaches and restaurants. A/C was not working well and rooms were not pre-cooled prior to arrival. Very clean and comfy basement apartment."
