"My stay started off horrible. Although Expedia had me booked under the correct name, somehow the hotel did not. It took almost 2 hours for me to get checked in, because the hotel made me call Expedia instead of figuring things out as they should have. I gave them all the information that they needed, and still they were unable to help. Thankfully, Expedia jumped into immediate action, got the hotel on the phone, and my partner and I were able to check in.
Upon check-in, we discovered that our bedding was filthy. The television did not work, we paid for amenities, such as having access to a pool, we could not find the pool at all. Everywhere security told us to look for a pool, all we found were locked doors with no pool entrance. I have never had an experience like this in my life, and will never stay at the Palms place ever again. I give the hotel a two out of 10. And that is me being nice."
