It had a handheld part that pointed straight out into the room, and the stationary head was completely missing/broken off. "The shower was the only clean part of the room. There was dirt on the walls. Holes in the walls. Multiple access doors to the stair well and common halls were broken. I killed a roach on the last night of my stay. When checking the mattress for evidence of bed bugs, I found it to be badly stained.
