"When I went to check in; we were told our time for breakfast was at 6:00 am for single adults; told him I am on holidays & I will not be getting up at that time; he stated families time slot is from 7:00 am to 9:00 am; not impressed!! Never have I been told a time slot for breakfast; really?? Also, there was two of us; we were only given two large towels; two hand towels & two face clothes; I use 2 large towels for my hair & body!! And the big was so high to get up onto!! "For a hotel that looks nice in the pictures, it reflects shotty workmanship and is very depressing. The employees spoke their native language in front of their customers, not very inclusive. The elevator sounds and moves like it’s ready to die. Did not feel safe."

"Property was great, clean room, nice staff, simple and effective. Very sad to see the hot tub didn’t have jets as we chose the property to relieve stiffness from driving from Ontario. It advertised it had a hot tub so we wrongly assumed there were jets. Live & learn"

"The place was in a good location for walking to places. There was sufficient parking but you want to get there early to get a parking where your room is You’re right off the highway so that’s good. The mall wasn’t to far as well."

"The staff goes above and beyond! Arrived an hour early and no problem with check in! Email me option for hiking in the area! Brought me ice right to the cabin! Every time I ask, they deliver! The view from cabin is so peaceful and beautiful! Worth slowing down for the day and staying here. We are traveling he NS coastline by motorcycle and this was a perfect safe place to stop"
