"Booked a non smoking room. Got to the hotel checked in. The front desk put me in a room with no A/C working in Phoenix. Then after that went back down to ask for a different room. And he put me in a smoking room. That smelled horrific. Went back down stairs and asked for a different room. He started yelling towards me, and telling me what did I expect when bookkkg a 2 star hotel. I will not be staying there ever again. This was the worst motel I have ever been to in my life.
