"There are no elevators for the 2nd floor.. certain staff weren't as friendly and its next to the freeway so its noisy. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"The front desk staff at this hotel was horrible, with the exception of Janet, she was the only friendly face I encountered behind the front desk in my 10 nights stay. I called to ask about a package there and encountered the worst behaving person on duty, she refused to give her name and was not at all helpful about my package enquiry and she even hung up on me. "We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . "The rooms were clean. The staff is nice. They also have gates that are accessible only with the room key. So nobody else can go in and out of the parkinlot. They also have breakfast but we never woke up early enough for that."
