"The walkway from the entrance of the hotel to the reception was appealing. The hotel property filled with Japanese theme was a good sight and experience. The hot spring makes the stay even more worth it. All the amenities was spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. "

The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well. "It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional...
