"Pretty nice rooms, the only real criticism i had was maybe the door that lead to the other room, but it is locked and that comes with rooms sometimes so that's not too much of a problem for me. It was overall clean, and they have people that clean the rooms as well. :)"

"I loved this hotel. It had such a chill vibe. The lobby had a lot of seating, games to play, a pool table and even a photo-booth. it was nice hangout spot. Staff were very nice and helpful. It’s in a great spot downtown, all the cool things to do were close by. But the room was so spacious and comfy, I almost didn’t want to leave. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!"

"Great location and on site options for food and drink. Our bed was so uncomfortable though and the sheets were old and didn’t fit or stay on correctly. I chose a high floor with a view and we had one tiny window in the corner. The staff were all amazing, polite and helpful."

"This hotel was amazing. It was so quiet, so clean, so simplistically beautiful. The bed was very comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast at Waterfall restaurant on property was delicious."

"I really liked the person who checked me out. The ones who checked me in felt like could've had better customer service as I had to ask about parking. I was asked by other employees when I've stayed at the property in the past. I also didn't get a code for the wi-fi or was asked for my vehicle information. I also had a slight issue with my bathtub but the issue resolved itself slightly when left alone over time."
