"The hotel was very close to the Moda Center so it made attending our concert very easy. Our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $10 for every hour we checked in before 3pm. We are members and still had to pay if we wanted to get into our room early. I didn’t appreciate that."

"The room was nice, and roomy. The beds were fairly soft, but the plush pillows made it perfect. The bathroom tub had a brown film along the bottom that wiped out, and a hair on the floor. Overall, our room was nice."

"Great hotel, room was clean complete with a bidet! The hotel has a unique onsen bath available which was a very relaxing way to end the day. Only two downsides were that we could hear those walking in the room above us and the fan/ac unit was quite loud while running and then would be quite quiet-there wasn’t a way to have a steady fan sound all night. So unfortunately I kept waking up as the sounds changed throughout the night. It’s a safe location close to Wingspan convention center and many restaurants and stores."
