"When I tried to check in, the woman at the check-in desk claimed I had canceled my reservation, even though I could show her I hadn't. Then the woman claimed to have no rooms left, although someone came and checked in while I was outside looking for another room elsewhere. Then, a short while later, they sent me a text claiming that my reservation was canceled because of some problem at the motel. Liars!"

"I don’t like to be on ground floor and the receptionist was able to put me on second floor for my comfort."

"Room should have been cleaner. Hotel layout is confusing. Had to maneuver around construction work. Some sections of the hotel appeared to be long term rentals. It was a weird place. "

"The staff are the best part of this hotel. Pool was nice and big but dirty, breakfast was normal, room smelled awful, sink faucet was broken, office chair was broken, one small garbage can for entire room, microwave smelled gross."
