"Heat did not work in the first room we were given. You could see day light coming in where the unit was in the wall. Staff did move us to a new room. In the 2nd room the prior guests had clearly been smoking in the bathroom as the stench lingered. The beds are on metal frames which squeaked loudly anytime you rolled over. I will say the bed was comfortable though. Road noise very loud in the front facing rooms. Would not recommend. "

"Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Room was clean and had all I needed to sleep and shower as I was there only about 10 hours. However, the hallways desperately needed to be vacuumed and I could hear people just hanging out in the hall talking at 10pm and someone stomping around above me at 4am. "

"Excellent stay all the way around! The staff were all outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! The location is perfect. This is definitely my go to when in buffalo"

"There was an employee during our stay who tried to steal money from us during our check in. The safety deposit was $150. I gave the employee 2 $100 bills. She took one of the $100 bills I gave her, put it in a drawer, took a $50 bill out of the drawer and put it along with my other $100 bill into an envelope. When I asked her where my other $50 for change was, she rolled her eyes, said "whatever, I don't even care." Then took the $50 bill back out of the envelope and threw it at me. She then proceeded to write down on the envelope $100 security deposit, still leaving $50 of the money I handed her unaccounted for. Granted the lady this morning when we checked out did make the money situation right but it was the sheer audacity of Ari that really threw me in a bad mood. "

"I had high hopes as this property comes highly recommended via Expedia reviews - however, it left a lot to be desired. First, I had to request a new room because the initial room I was put in had a busted ac/heating unit - like it was literally busted in.... The second room I was put in was better in the fact that the unit was intact, but would not respond to the wall thermostat - which I later discovered was not plugged in and the unit only responded to the built in controls. Second, the bed was very, and I mean VERY uncomfortable. It was almost as though they used a box spring, instead of a mattress. I had a difficult time sleeping because of this. Third, the toilet would run every 45 minutes for about 30-45 seconds. The only saving grace was the fact that everyone who works there is very kind. If I ever find myself in the area again though, I will be looking for somewhere else to stay. "

"We purposely booked this motel because we had a very early flight the next day AND we were happy to use the airport shuttle, which was very prompt, professional and protective. When our driver was pulling into the airport, he patiently waited for a good curbside parking spot and was very insistent on opening our door, etc. Motel was perfect and we slept well. We will definitely use this one again! "
