"I often buy rooms for my employees when they are on overnight jobs. I guess I forgot to put my employee’s name and it was under mine. They would not let him get the room. Ok I get that, but to still charge me for the room and I had to reimburse my employee for a separate room is down right criminal. And the manager never returned my call. TRASH!!!!"

"I originally booked one night and later decided to spend another night and reserved a different type of room for the day before. The hotel staff was awesome and was able to change my first bookings room type to keep me in the same room for the 2 day stay, though they were fully booked prior. The only complaints I have was that after going to the Kanye concert the parking lot connected to the hotel was full, I got lucky and caught someone leaving but the hotel does provide other parking lots near...

"This was such a perfect place to stay and I'll definitely stay here whenever going to Chicago. It was close enough to downtown to make it easy to access, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were all friendly and kind, the room was beautiful, the bed was very comfy, and the whole place had such a fun vibe and great decor.
