"I have often stayed at this hotel when travelling for business in the area and it never disappoints. The service, staff, ambience, excellent food and easy car parking, makes it a must stay. Always a genuine welcome and the pwners / staff happy to chat whilst you're there. Fantastic breakfast and a great dinner menu, congrats to the chef for thier consistent wonderful, tasty food."

"Great stay really quiet in the middle of nowhere which for us was great. Nature was all around us (rabbits everywhere) the only down side was the WiFi yes they are on copper cables but maybe they could do with a WiFi extender as we couldn’t get WiFi in our room but that does not detract from what a great place it was. "Beautiful rustic guest house with original interior furnishings, like going back in time. Do not stay here if you expect something like a travelodge!! Facilities were fine, decent WiFi and shower, and host very helpful and makes breakfast for visitors "

"Very nice overall. The property is clean, tidy, nicely designed and in a good location. One thing to bear in mind is the building is quite tall and narrow, with fairly steep stairs, which my elderly parents had a bit of trouble with. From what I recall, there wasn't an indication when booking of which floor we would be on. I think this would be helpful. We might have picked a different room. Other than that, a very nice stay."

"We had a daytime event to attend in Cambridge, and needed to be away early in the morning. That made this property ideal for our needs. Free onsite or free on-street parking. Convenient shared area in kitchen/diner, with complimentary breakfast items meant that we could wake early and prep our own breakfast and get on the road promptly. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a lovely ensuite. Just what we needed. Also on a good walking and/or bus route to central Cambridge. "

"This is self check in place and I didn’t know that as on my email about check in details it was answered with guess house names. So had really big problem finding place then arrived with no code for key safe box. Place overall was mess full of cabin crew yungsters partying, fair enough they were helpful as they contacted landlord so I got a room key. I received email with check in details next day…"

"We came at night and left early for the airport so we didn’t encounter any services but that’s okay, the keys were super easy to find. The room was clean and super cozy! The bathroom was really clean especially the sink and the shower! Really great stay would definitely recommend. "
