"Used to be one of my favourite hotels but the standard of cleanliness has dropped unfortunately. The shower is awkward to use and the towels are too small and whilst I like the efficiency of the self check in machines, it takes away from the quality of customer service I knew one hundred to have. Overall a relaxing vibe but just not the same standard I was used to."
"Zimmer sauber und ruhig . Obwohl im Zentrum gelegen hört man nachts nichts . Leider können die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden . Personal freundlich . Bei unserer Ankunft war eine herzliche Karte und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer. Wenn was gefehlt hat wie Handtücher wurden diese gleich gebracht . Lage unschlagbar . U-Bahn, Restsurants, Oxford Street alles vor der Tür."
"Great hotel in a fantastic location with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside was the air conditioning did not work. Target temperature was 15c but the room temperature was. 27c. They did provide a Dyson fan which helped, but the hotel should not be advertised as having air conditioning."
