"Location was convenient and close to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had all necessary amenities. Room was clean and updated. Only critique was access to parking via a back alley that was often littered with trash and had homeless people which made entering feel unsafe at times because you needed to exit your car to swipe your card to enter."

"Fantastic stay. It was so good, in fact, that we tried to cancel out other hotel and stay another night. José (the concierge) gave us great advice and was extraordinarily kind. Coffee at the cafe was excellent and at least one member of the restaurant waitstaff was very nice. The area itself is beautiful, though not terribly walkable, especially with luggage. We could not have asked for a better introduction to the Richmond area."

"The room was beautiful, we had a view of North Vancouver. The bed was very cozy and I loved the ability to open the shades and curtains with a button. There are thoughtful things left through room. Bath salts for the tub, which was amazing and such a relaxing experience. The spa was amazing, I can’t recommend the couples experience enough. The staff was very nice, the only thing that was confusing was the main entrance is in a back alley, to exit through the front you have to go through the lounge. Which wasn’t clear when we arrived so we walked all the way around."
