"Decently clean place. The room did have a small odor, but overall was a decent place for the money"

"The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

"Being this was my first time staying here it wasn't a good experience. The amenities, well the pool isn't working, the fire place that looks so inviting, doesn't work hasn't in years. The carpets and riped and stained. My first room smelled bad, was moved to another room up stairs. The floor had a stain, didn't think anything about it until I walked in it and it was sticky. The door keys don't work half the time, everytime I had a new key made before I went up stairs. I got tired of walking...

"This Motel 6 was half the price of all surrounding rooms available when I had to rest in the middle of an 800 mile trip. The room and property were very clean and presentable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Other than two bars of soap and sufficient towels there is nothing else as far as amenities. HOWEVER, the room shows much age. Several wood flooring joints were taped down and a couple of spots in the floor sagged when stepped on. If you need a place to rest and...

"Looked very new and was clean and quiet. The diner next store was excellent with large portions."

"Breakfast and shops nearby"

"The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the hotel needs a lot of updating though."

"The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, parking was easy , and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance."

"Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch."

"Honestly, this was the very best hotel. I’ve stayed at ever. Everything was clean. Everything smelled clean. The bathtub was actually clean and didn’t have any residual on it. When I came down for breakfast clean the variety was different. Was Lovely fresh I walked around with a lot of money and tipped people and thank them for actually caring. It was an absolute delight and I’m so glad I stayed there. Even the lady or the man I should say when I came in the door, remember my name and gave me...

"This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast."

"The Staff was very pleasant and helpful!"
