"The TV in room was not connected ti cable nore local antenna, light didn't operate properly and coffee maker didn't have c9fee bags. I asked the front desk to help with thilose issues and none was performed. 10 percent was offered upon check iut but nit fulfil5 only if you book again I wasms told im disappointed."
