"While in London, I left a bag of medicine in the lobby. I called several times tipi the MAIN number and got dumped into voicemai every time! That’s preposterous for a hotel that charges so much and,frankly, sells itself as business friendly. Even the Chelsea football club stays there prior to matches. Even calls to room service are frequently never answered. I e been going there several times a year since the mid-90s. It has slid downhill from a true five star as an original Conrad Hilton...

"Room was lovely, but really could do with some air-conditioning as it was unbearable to sleep in the heat, the fan supplied was pretty much useless. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout.. The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football! Would I return again? Yes but there needs to be a stricter policy about children."

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"Fantastic over night stay"

"There was no privacy once you draw back the curtains as the room as front facing. There was no A/C in the room which made it difficult on a hot summer day. Staff said that swimming pool was not very big so had to inform them before using to avoid overcrowding."

"Excellent stay for Heathrow with the exception of the Goan Night event, being held the night we stayed which didn't finish until 12:30am, you could hear the bass on the 4th floor. Free Parking & EV charging via Pod Point"

"Loved to beautiful property and fantastic breakfast. Only downside is no air conditioning and pool access is limited to early closing so we could never get to pool after day out as a family."
