Loved the Dorp’s quirkiness and overall atmosphere. The rooms and bed very comfortable and well equipped. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Truly a luxury experience with champagne welcome, three course breakfasts, real fires in the rooms and staff, at all levels, who were welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation - beautiful rooms in a beautiful setting which was enhanced by the service provided by the staff through the car being washed in the morning, fires being lit in your room in the evening to the outstanding food and willingness by the staff to make your holiday a wonderful experience.

Arrived earlier than the official check in time to be met by the friendliest hotel reception we have ever experienced! The reception area itself was stunning, great views over the beach and a relaxing bar to watch the sunsets. Everywhere was spotless, very modern and comfortable. Lovely location and great overnight stop along the garden route . Beautiful suites and relaxing atmosphere.

Me and my wife stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even left rose petals and sparkling wine in the room for us. The hotel has a very classic and stylish feel and contrary to other reviews which state noise being a problem we had no issues at all.

This was an amazing place to stay during our time on Cape Town. The main thing that stands out is the staff, they are helpful beyond measure and will go above and beyond, with enthusiasm and personality. They genuinely care about their guests and will do whatever they can to help, including assisting in itineraries and bookings. A truly magical stay, really brilliant dinner and all drinks included which makes it better value for money. Lovely staff. Only downside is the rooms are tired and the whole pool and bathrooms need maintenance. Also a wider breakfast choice perhaps it is a bit limited. Thanks to Kim for looking after us perfectly.

Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.

Our room was enormous and soooo comfortable and the view of table mountain made it extra special. The staff at this hotel are outstanding too.

A perfect country house set amongst a vineyards, with comfort and service levels to match. Holden Manz is a working vineyard and produces some very nice wines; you can try these as part of an organised wine tasting, or with dinner in the very nice restaurant on site. The house itself has very generous and beautifully furnished public areas, as well as a pool area, gardens, an orchard, and of course the vineyard itself. Room 61 at the hotel is particularly charming, situated over two floors, and with its own secluded rear garden. It has a very 'homely' feel to it. One evening, as we left our room to dine in the hotel restaurant, the door security latch fell off (I know it's not supposed too...). We placed it to one side, and I was going to report this the following day. To my surprise, the security latch had been replaced by the time we returned later that evening.
