"Fantastic hotel Great staff The only complaint is there restaurant should do breakfast. Since they don't we did not eat there."

Hotel UMass
"Air conditioner was not working and staff moved us to a new room. Nice accommodations, very clean. The Parking is less than convenient as it is beyond campus center but this is a well run hotel. I travel often and give it a 4/5."

MGM Springfield
"I stayed here for convenience of location for a business trip and not for the casino. There was easy parking, the rooms were great, and there was a heated pool and hot tub, Would definitely return next time I’m in the area."

Vacation Village in the Berkshires
"Had to keep getting new keycards they just wouldn't work on the inner door but were always fine on outer door to the double suites. Luckily I just left my porch door unlocked to go to the hot tub, I gave up after several new cards"

The Ponds at Foxhollow
"I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows. Drafty and slightly damaged doors, slow drains in the bathrooms, furniture and rugs that show damage and age, and a clubhouse in need of updating. ..."
