"Hotel was overbooked (I booked a month in advance) when I arrived at 11pm with 2 small children. The front desk staff sent me to another property where the staff member was rude and said they couldn’t accommodate me. I had to go from hotel to hotel at 11pm to find a room for the night. When I finally found a room at another hotel it was more expensive but I got it since the kids were tired from traveling.
