"Ok place to stay for a night. Dated but clean."

"1/2way through out stay a mysterious noise was coming through the walls , sounded like pipes being cut , chains being drug across the floor . . This happens all hours of the night , kept us awake for 2 days . Made the last 2 days of our stay miserable. We were tired , grouchy upset the front desk just blew us off . "The accommodation was pretty standard for essentially a remodeled motel. Breakfast was so-so. Didn't find the front desk staff particularly helpful. Security was poor as there was NO key fobs for entering into floors from the elevators. I would not return for that reason!!!"

The indoor pool was nice with the strong winds that Reno was having during our stay. It allowed the kids to swim without getting cold or exposed to the wind.
