"Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. "This is the first time I’ve had the reception personnel check in daily by text about our stay. And accept requests or answer questions by text. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide.
