"Super good vacation the only bad thing is the hot tub closes at nine. This is my first time in Reno. I don’t drink so it just seemed like a really dirty little town but if you’re a gambling and you’re a drinker, this would be a great place to go. The food in the hotel was amazing. We ate out a few of the restaurants. I was there for a wedding and I did the brides Photography inside the hotel which was awesome most hotel casinos won’t let you however this sunset just don’t do any room rooms with machines. I would stay there again."

"I have stayed before and this time it wasn’t as pleasant. I took the weekend to relax and not do chores but room wasn’t clean I had to do my own room service. I didn’t bring shampoo or soap because usually there are some toiletries but not this time. I did ask for some because they came with the room but they were short on staff. I traveled a lot and this is my first “not a good stay review “. Food is limited also only 2 places open and 4 out of 4 adults said that the food wasn’t worth the price."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. As a frequent traveler for biz & pleasure first impression was skeptical but the moment I entered to doors to the check in/casino my mindset immediately changed. VERY CLEAN and great location as well as a fun little casino! Highly recommend. "

"I stayed there 2 nights I couldn’t sleep nothing. The mattress are very hard. The swimming pool was clean and warm the was the best from my stayed. "

"The hotel is OK, but it is dated for $250/night. The elevator that the front desk sent us to post check-in was out of order, so we had to walk across the hotel with our bags to another elevator. The mattresses and bedding appear to be quite old. The hotel seemed clean on the surface, but since it hasn't been updated in a while, the carpets, beds, and pillows are likely embedded with stuff. The pool was closed, and no breakfast items were included with the stay. About the only upside was that the parking was free."

"This property is old and needs to be refurbished. The entire 1st floor smells of smoke from the casino that adjoins the lobby. The only good thing about my stay was the staff was great."
