Toilets are stained and every where there are cockroaches and spider webs. we had reservation for 4 nights and we could not stay in the property for few minutes also. we reached out to the property management and we got no responses and I had to find a hotel in mid night as I came into the city late. "Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is new and is nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but works well. Building is central to shops and easy access to motorway. Highly recommend "

"The room was large which I much appreciated, as I did the ability to check-in much earlier than I expected to be able to! The parking was good and the neighborhood was nice. We did run into some issues with the bathroom, it did not appear to have been dusted in awhile and there was a single cockroach. The bed was comfortable but some of the drawers in the room were broken."

"The house had an overall grimy dirty feel to it. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of windows etc. lots of flies. Messy lawn and rubbish outside. House served its purpose in terms of giving us all a bed to sleep in but that’s about it. Shower head was broken. No top sheets on beds. Overall pretty gross."

"The check-in was smooth and overall our stay was very comfortable. Loved that we were in the heart of Ponsonby with many shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket all in walking distance. The staff allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for an hour after checking out while we visited our son nearby, very much appreciated thank you again!! We will definitely be back 😀🙏"
