The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks, and the room had an unpleasant smell. There was only one coffee cup in the coffee bar area, no spoons, and we were expected to use a chopstick as a stir stick. "What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay."

"The Lalit Mumbai is a clean and modern style hotel. Great location near the Mumbai International airport. The hotel has nicely appointed rooms decorated with wood accents. I had booked an Executive King Club room. The access to the executive lounge on the 6th floor made my 6 day stay at the hotel quite comfortable. The lounge serves breakfast in the morning, high tea in the afternoon, and drinks and appetizers in the evening. The staff at the hotel was quite helpful and courteous. I especially...
