"The room smelled like burnt plastic and later mattress had caught fire in sometime in the past, and they covered it up with thick. Sheets, I felt the crunchiness of it no joke."

"Stayed overnight because I was running a half marathon as part of the Fox Valley Race Series. Check in was easy; the woman at the desk was fantastic, and she even helped me get hooked up with a later checkout time so I could shower after my race before heading back home. The location was quiet, and the room was phenomenal. I loved the bed and how huge the bathroom was. Checkout was just as easy, and the woman at the desk was equally wonderful. The only hiccup was initially we were told the wrong...

"The room that slept 6 was great."

"Great hotel, very nice staff. Only odd thing was the shower had no curtain, and the bedroom curtains did not close all the way so the hotel lights kept the room nice and bright all night. Otherwise a good place to stay. Nice gym, big pool, no breakfast"

"Room was nice size and clean the hotel was walking distance to the venue we were attending"

"I’m"

"When we arrived and first got into our room, the smell of cigarette smoke immediately hit me before even stepping in. The scent was suffocating, despite the fact that we were in a non-smoke room. They were fully booked, so there was no other room that we were able to be moved to, but front desk staff gave us an industrial fan to at least try to blow the smell out. Unfortunately, the scent was so strong that I don’t know how anybody could have missed it when flipping the room for the next guest."
