"Great hotel! They have very nice staff, really clean environment, and amazing entertainment. In the hangout they have free coffee or matcha and a variety of vending machines available;as well as games for you or your kids to play. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable, nice, clean hotel in Asakusa. Next to the Senso-ji Temple"

"Expect to bring / buy kitchen supplies like paper towels, hand towels, tea, coffee, sugar....the kitchen fans don't work and there's no kitchen garbage bin. Only two very small bins for the entire unit including the washroom. I had to buy plastic bags. The washer and dryer are not inside the unit. Very basic room."

"Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion "

"We had an issue with the AC during our trip but the staff was quick to resolve and offered to refund partial parts of the stay after confirming the issue. The AC was fixed quickly and they even bought water, snacks, a cooling towel, and an extra fan as an apology. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, laundry, and spacious shower. Check-in was great and only took a minute."
