"Harrahs always provides a nice clean comfortable room at a reasonable rate. We don't ever have to shop around. Their rooms are always a reasonable rate and it's great in the middle of all the action. The housekeeping could be a little better. They have someone you can text to let them know if you want room service or extra towels and they do respond but they don't bring you what you asked for and they don't really sweep the floors. Someone's clump of hair was on the floor in the bathroom when we got there and it's still there when we are leaving."

"I upgraded to a king room upon arrival. It was dated, the desk chair needs replaced or fixed, the furnishings need to be upgraded due to wear and tear. Didn't really consider it a true upgrade. Next time I'll stick with my original booking. Overall the stay was good and will stay there again"

"En general, la propiedad está muy bien. Para ir con niños. Tiene muchas atracciones para ellos cosa que en otros hoteles no vas a conseguir sin embargo tengo que sacar que la limpieza no era la mejor no estaba sucio pero tampoco parecía que lo acaban de limpiar el cuarto en general olía un poco a cigarro pensamos que sería porque usan una especie de aire acondicionado central. En los baños habían pocas toallas sin embargo, conseguimos a un personal De Limpieza un día después le pedí unas toallas y con gusto no las dio. En cuanto al personal. El Hotel es muy escaso, así que prácticamente tienes que hacer todo solo."

"Clean room, Camino tower rooms, expect to smell cigarettes, even though there weren't many goin. Clean rooms, if you stay in the corner room casino towers, be prepared for noise of the freeway. It was white noise for us, but if you're not use to it, it could be bothersome"
