"Hard to find the casino/hotel once you park , seems like a maze 😂 "

"Tv didn’t work, check in was a disaster, smelled unclean "

"Quality of the personal hygiene materials were not good ( no conditioner , bad quality shampoo and soap, no shaving stuff ,…). The concierge personnel were friendly and helpful , we had issue with the bad smell in our room at the beginning but they changed it for us . Poor communication as we didn’t know there is any shuttle available from airport or a buffet exist in the hotel as we had difficulties for such a things too much . But overall was a good place to stay ! "
