"Our room smelt TERRIBLE. The odour from the bathroom was so bad the entire room smelt out while trip. We had a terrible check in experience and after waiting in line for 30 minutes to use the self check in we had to get in a 1 hour line to check in at the desk because the self check in would only let us check into 1 of our 2 rooms. Then even though there were a lot of open rooms they wanted us to pay $100 to stay on the same floor. It was such a long and painful experience so I knew changing room was just going to be more annoying so we dealt with the smell. The property is also under construction which was a bit annoying. Their new pool is absolutely mediocre and SO expensive."
