"Our room was clean and one of the newer rooms. Upon arrival, after already booking through Expedia. There were additional fees attached with them, which was a little disappointing, but it's okay. The staff was kind and helpful with checkin upon arrival. It was a nice room for the price initially provided on Expedia. It just felt like false advertisement."

"We have stayed at the Desert Palms twice now to visit Disneyland. What a great location, 15 min walk to the park and no crossing the street with littles! It's as a close as you can get to staying on Disney property without the $$$$. Staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs and requests. Check in/out was easy and smooth. Clean facilities, comfy beds, and very good selection at breakfast. My kids love the kids TV lounge off the lobby and the pool is conveniently located off the lobby as well. Desert Palms is top of the list for us when visiting Disneyland!"
