"When we checked in we were offered a renovated room for an extra 20.00/night with a garden view, we took it. They also asked if we wanted housekeeping everyday which we said yes too. First day we were there they didn’t clean our room and we had to ask for towels. They also failed to mention with a garden view that the music out by the pool would be so loud during the day that all you would hear is loud booming from the base all day! So we asked for a new room…they gave us a unrenovated room that the air conditioning didn’t work in and on top of that did not refund us our 20.00 for the remaining 6 nights we were there. Out of the remaining 6 nights in the unrenovated room housekeeping only showed up 2 times! We had to phone them every other day to bring us clean towels! Their excuse was that our privacy sign was on the door so that’s why they didn’t clean…I didn’t know you had to be up at 8:00 in the morning in Vegas and out of your room for the day to get your room cleaned! There was no reason they couldn’t have came back after doing other rooms to check if the privacy sign had been removed when we did leave for the day! All in all the stay there was not enjoyable. The only positive was the location of the hotel…housekeeping gets a big 👎👎👎👎"

"The food was good!! Lots of food choices. Good deals on some bar drinks.. staff was friendly, waitresses at playing area not so speedy. The rooms are nice but in the elevate tower, bathroom was different for me no full shower door, the bathroom is a barn style door with a gap, doesn't close all the way. Beds are comfy. Casino was a little warm, especially on the 9th floor. Bell service has excellent staff!! "

"Clean room, easy access to parking lot and hotel, safe place with no homeless around, great bars and food nearby, cable car train literally right there and the view of corner king room is amazing!! I’ve stayed at alot of hotels in sf and this one if forsure underrated!!"

"My stays at the Majestic have been great. Very close to all the staff I have encountered have been helpful and tremendously pleasant. Love the shuttle to the park, love the decorations they have up throughout the hotel for holiday and events. The store off the lobby is so convenient if you forgot something or want to grab something small to eat or a full meal hot or cold its there alomg with a multitude of snacks to choose from. I just love it. "

"This is a older hotel. It is great for a place to sleep. More of a family hotel. I booked my hotel on Expedia and did not expect an additional Resort fee for each day??? What did I get for this money???? I don't know. The shower had very little water flow which could not be adjusted. "
