"The room was clean beds were comfortable. We got in at midnight and were still able to get food at the 24hr bistro. We didn’t stay long but served its purpose and very clean and nice hotel"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The property overall was stylish and chic. My only issue is that everyone acted like there was no way for me to get change to tip the valet drivers while being forced to valet park. The initial staff I encountered at the valet was a bit dismissive as well when I was trying to understand parking options. "

"Great value compared to surrounding properties. No set shuttle schedule but they have an app to use to track it. It runs 24 hours which is a big plus. It is in walking distance to LAX rental car center. Very convenient. It's basic but clean. Food and drinks are on the high side."

"The WORST thing an airport hotel can have is an unreliable shuttle schedule. I asked three different staff members about their shuttle schedule and they all told me that the shuttle leaves the hotel at the top of the hour. Yet they don’t! They leave sporadically. And no one told me that I needed to call to reserve a pick up from the airport. So what I happened was that I took the shuttle TO the airport to send my mom off. Then I went to the shuttle station shortly after the top of the hour to wait for the shuttle to stop by. If the shuttle leaves the airport at the top of the hour, I will for sure catch it. Yet I waited 15 minutes there and saw no shuttle. I called the hotel and then was told that the shuttle had already hit the airport pick up location around the top of the hour. I ended up waiting 50 minutes to get picked up. During the time, I had seen all the other hotels’ shuttles at least 4-5 times. This is ridiculous. I’m never going back to this hotel."
