"I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!"

"There is Mpesa nearby and K1 club which is like a 7mins walk. The lights in the room didn’t all work, the step to the bathroom is broken, it floods when taking a shower and the bathroom corners have clearly not been scrubbed in ages. The rooftop bar is not a hype as people say, no music playing hence it’s not busy at all. I don’t think I would book again. It’s a 2 star hotel "

"Lovely hotel, room is spacious & clean. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Feel very safe with the security at the hotel. Spa is amazing, pool area is wonderful and the pool is just the right temperature. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice including custom made eggs to order. Vast variety of juices and fruit. Coffee is exceptionally delicious. Food in the Arabic restaurant is also very tasty. Love this hotel, can’t say enough good things!

"Excellent price for the place including breakfast. Biggest issue was there is no screen on the window and no netting so got bit all night long from mosquitos. Had to close the widow but with no AC or fan was very hot. Also killed two cockroaches."

"Staff at reception where very rude barely looking up from their computers never saying hello or goodbye treated customers as a inconvenience the only time they Spoke to me i got told you broke a glass you must pay i did at no time break a glass it must have been a cleaner but to make such a fuss over a £2 glass is ridiculous
The room was good size the kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils the cleaning was always done well and the security team was friendly and helpfull was all just let...
