"People were very helpful and breakfast was good. However the exercise room was in poor condition. Elliptical machine was out of order, treadmill machine's emergency stop nob kept going down all the time, (would not keep the up position), therefore it would stop suddenly all the time.
No variety of dumbbells either, just for 200 lb person."

"We were not given the room that was reserved. The desk clerk was going to bring linens and never did. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke.
Cockroaches!!!!!!
I went to the desk to let them know and there was no reaction - they clearly know this is a problem! I was able to check out early and get a partial refund through Expedia."
