"Our room, 301, was on the highway so we got to listen to the traffic of the Merritt Parkway, not great. We had a heater that whistled and was noisy the entire night. There’s no refrigerator The only glassware was tiny plastic cups."

"Big issue was the pillows they were like bricks. One of the pillowcase had 3 pillows stuffed in it because they were so compacted. They soaps in the room was not attended to. Thankfully we brought our own soap and hair stuff. The bedding mattress protector was coming off the bed"

"I was unaware until after I had signed in at the hotel that there was a $10 parking fee. Never had that happen before and why since it's just a big parking lot? Also my daughter's room had stained sheets."

"We stayed overnight, as we needed to be in the area and up early. Two false fire alarms, one at 10, one at 2 that went off for an hour as they had a difficult time resetting. There were people partying with young kids, so lots of running up and down the hall all night. Horrible nights rest. In addition, the shower curtain did not close and the floors were not vacuumed well. Couch in the suite was weirdly not functional, and there were no dishes/silverware available in the kitchen of the...

"Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. However, one issue stood out to me. The bed linens had a very strong disinfectant smell, which was quite noticeable and a bit uncomfortable. It gave the impression that too much chemical cleaner was used. Aside from this, everything else was great, but I hope the hotel can improve this aspect for a more comfortable experience."
