"Friendly, professional staff. Clean, nice size rooms. Restaurant food was very good. Great location for getting to the airport quickly and pretty much anywhere else you are going to in town. Plus it is a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"We were only there for an evening, but the place was goreous. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. We did partake in breakfast, but it smelled good. The lobby was shockingly nice and well designed. Lastly, the room was very spacious and clean. The ony minor deductions, the shower was obviously a bit dated, but had no impact on our stay - still got solid pressure and cleaned up for the day!"

"My new car was hit in parking area on top level & no recorded camera footage available. Very disappointed about that & no one was available to explain. Still a nice hotel though & nice breakfast."

"Hotel itself was great.only some staff knew what they were doing however. The female that was working at 6 pm the night I checked in said she put me down for the airport shuttle for next morning however when I went to get the shuttle next morning I was advised she did it wrong and the driver was going to late. The morning staff Diane was a great help and I only had to wait 30 minutes while they contacted the driver."

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It consistently is super clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Hartville Flea Market and great food and shops. We stay here several times a year for a weekend getaway and have never been disappointed."

"The first time I stayed here was really nice. I was upgraded to a suite and it was nice. This time I was disappointed. I understand it is a 2-star hotel however it should still be a wonderful experience. The room was very muggy and had a strong mildew smell. It had a dehumidifier in it which the rooms should not need. I had to keep it on and it was really loud. I had to empty it every 12 hours. The carpet was moist from the humidity. The were pillows old. Wasn't the best. Customer service great!"

"Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours."

"I booked a room [136] with the expectation of relaxing. Unfortunately, I woke up to an infestation of ants (in the bed with me, in the bathroom and nightstand). I called the front desk to learn that this is a known issue. Being greeted my ants was not listed on the disclaimer I signed. I felt disrupted and clearly not at ease."

"At least 30 or 40 free range children, running around unsupervised. Ding dong ditching, hollering and screaming until at least 1am. Throwing stuff at vehicles. Multiple people setting off fireworks in the parking lot. Would never consider going back"

"Place was okay for a night. Wouldn’t stay longer than one or two nights. Parking was good. Building under maintenance or renovations but not indicated when booking which was upsetting. Okay for the price"
