Phones were not working and most of the buttons on the key pad were missing, roaches under the sink in the bathroom, night stands did not have handles or were missing screws, tv remote could only turn on tv and only provided on channel to watch, . "Clean accommodations and friendly staff"

"Staff was friendly (when they were at the desk) but hotel and rooms were extremely too hot. The smell of chlorine in the pool was overpowering and not enjoyable to guests to the point it was burning our eyes as soon as you walk near the door. The hot tub was murky green and smelled of fish. "The staff were phenomenal. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I realized this is a budget choice but the breakfast was pretty lacking, I only drank the coffee because the rest was basically just low quality white carbohydrates.
