Stopped for 3 nights, stayed in the suite room 5 with views over the beach and the esplanade. Went beyond our expectations. Hosts were great. Breakfast was tasty, fresh fruit bowl, particularly good. Parking was on the street but was covered by a parking pass, so it was free. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, from the amazing welcome on arrival to the beautiful room which was stocked with tea and coffee daily. The best breakfast ive had anywhere, from the fresh fruit salad to the beautiful breakfast with the best produce . Would highly recommend to anyone.

Little gem

Wonderful owners who are very welcoming and cook a tasty breakfast. Perfect location between the beach and the harbour. Free parking throughout the stay. Definitely recommend.

The whole stay from start to finish was seamless John and Sandra were outstanding hosts and nothing was to much trouble we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back 5star

The hosts of the property went above and beyond It's immaculately maintained in an ideal location We had a beautiful view overlooking the bay and even sitting at the back of the property on the decking we could watch the goings on in the harbour It is definitely value for money and a b&b well worth going back for another stay or two

Perfect seaside break

Perfect stay. Welcoming & attentive hosts, nothing was too much bother. Room exceptionally clean & comfortable & had everything you needed. Breakfast plentiful & good quality. Views of harbour stunning both day & night. Will definitely be returning.

What a fabulous greeting: a glass of wine! Such friendly hosts. Everywhere was spotless. Lovely room overlooking the beach. Breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to stay there again.

What an amazing place!

We had an amazing time. John and Sandra are such welcoming hosts! The Lantana is spotless, in a fabulous location and they have paid such great attention to detail. Breakfast was superb! All in all, we couldn’t fault it! We’ll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful sun terrace!

Great stay at this property and the host were brilliant. Very nice room and facilities were excellent. Harbour at rear if property and beach at front. Search for parking (The Pavillion is close) but you can park for for free in zone F with a pass from the hotel. Would stay again and breakfast is very nice ( especially on the terrace 😁).

Wonderful stay, John and Sandra were superb hosts. The room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. View from the room was superb. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the port was sublime. We booked to return next year. Highly recommended!

Hi, Just had a couple of days at The Lantana and thoroughly recommend it! The property itself is clean, well maintained, with modern decor and really convenient for the beach and harbour. Very attentive and friendly hosts, who made us feel welcome straight away and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and had everything that we need. Absolutely great full English breakfast!

The proximity to the beach, the town centre, the pavilion, pubs and restaurants……all within walking distance. The Lantana have parking permits for display on the dashboard ….such a plus in a busy town where parking is at a premium.

Sandra and John are excellent hosts.Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent room overlooking the harbour.Sandra is a great cook with breakfasts ranged from a full English cooked to your own preferences to a bowl of fruit freshly made. Loved eating breakfast on the sun deck watching all the events going on in the harbour. So impressed we have already booked for next year.

Exceptional B&B

John & Sandra made us feel at home from the minute we arrived and made it feel like we were stopping with friends. Our room overlooked the harbor was spotless the spacious, the breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choice, thick smoked bacon, and local butchers sausages take it to the next level help yourself to tea /coffee sets you up for the day parking outside the hotel may be a problem in high season but a large public car park is only a couple of minutes away
