"Extremely disappointing customer service. I would never stay here again. After driving for several hours, I arrived exhausted. The male receptionist was cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. He handled my ID rudely, almost forgot to return it, and didn't even say thank you. His attitude made me extremely uncomfortable. I also questioned whether his behavior was discriminatory. When delivering coffee sachets, he was all smiles, apparently before recognizing me. However, when he saw me again at...

"Room was decent."

"We really like the family room so that as a family of 5 we could stay in one room (well two rooms in one). This is hard to find. The staff were all super helpful in every area of the hotel. There was an awesome Fijian man at the restaurant that always made us feel super special. The breakfast buffet is great. Love the egg station! The hotel hosts a lot of tour bus groups which meant for us a family we had the pool to ourselves which was cool. The downside of the busses is a guest setting off...

"Hotel lama, dengan fasilitas sangat standard. Perlu bnayak perbaikan baik untuk di kamar dan juga di hot pool. reception cukup ramah sebetulnya dan banyak membantu"

"The hotel is big, convenient and has amenities. However, the property is very dated."

"Have been there for 3 times over 15 years. The room has been renovated, good location, friendly staff and clean rooms"

"Good location, very clean room and very friendly staff. I highly recommend."

"The room was well thought out and worked well for us. The kitchenette was nice, though we didn't cook. The bathroom seemed like it had been updated recently. Our only issue was that it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't make the heat work. There is on-site parking which is always helpful."

"Comfortable Stay with a Few Unusual Design Choices We enjoyed our stay at Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it a pleasant base for exploring Rotorua. The location was convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and the area’s geothermal attractions. Our suite was spacious and accommodated our family of three comfortably, although the layout was unconventional. The queen bed was located in the main living...
