"Being able to sit right outside your room to view Lake Tahoe at its finest was wonderful. Could see the snow covered mountains and woke up one morning to a beautiful sunrise. So worth the trip. "

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

"The room was very clean, including the bathroom, which we appreciated. The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"The motel was close to the highways. My concerns the hallways smelled of stale smoke. The breakfast didn't offer many protein options. I tried to check at 2:30 and was told it would cost $50 extra. I waited and then the lobby was packed at 3:00pm."
