"If you have celiac I would suggest finding another place to eat in the area.
My family did love the gluten filled menu however !!
Beds were comfortable, each room had a mini table in outside to sit at.
Cameras around the property.
Staff was amazing and all seemed so happy to help and smiling Everytime we saw someone. Definitely will take the family back. "

"We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean and the grounds are well maintained. Has a nice pool and there is a sitting area in back of the motel where you can sit and watch a small river and also grills and a fire pit to have a fire.

The rooms are very reasonably priced and super clean. The gentleman at the office was able to accommodate an early check in with no issues Issues whatsoever ever that was really appreciated. "We stayed in a cottage. It has two rooms separated by a door. The air conditioning is only in the main room which can make the second room hot if the door is closed. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. There was an egg crate on it so I’m not sure what the mattress really felt like. The room was clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Overall it was a good value and easy access to pretty much everything in Lincoln. "

"Check in was easy, front desk was terrific explaining everything the Inn offered with our stay. We had the Perennial cottage which was terrific and offered some privacy. Restaurant was great, service was wonderful and the food at both dinner and breakfasts was excellent. Highly recommend this Inn to stay, nice quiet property in Franconia.
