"This place looked like it was going to be amazing in the pictures. Reality it felt like a refurbished hotel. It was ok for one night. Wouldn’t stay more than that. The AC worked. We had clean towels and sheets, the continental breakfast was hot and plentiful. Good selection of items. Nothing fancy."

"My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again."

"Immediately after checking in, we went to the room. I don’t know how else to describe the room other than it was filthy, disgusting and smelled. The tub was so heavily stained brown with a filthy shower curtain and the soap tray was a disgusting mess. The headboard above one of the beds was so so dirty, stained and had initials carved into it. The smell of the room…..disgusting. The walls are paper thin in we could hear the guy in the next room yelling and screaming at a sports game. That was...

"This hotel recently joined a new hotel group and is about to undergo a major refresh, which it definitely needs. My room looked sad -- no art on the walls, dull and dated decor, broken window shades, bathroom very clean but also dated. The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday, so there were no amenities available when I stayed there on a Sunday. The continental breakfast was unacceptable -- very small selection of sad looking pastries that looked like they came from the supermarket and hot...

"Great Place, lovely staff and rooms are fab for an overnight!"

"Loved the breakfast. Common areas were clean and well lit. The room, while comfortable, nut needed housekeeping attention, particularly the bathroom. I was confused by the room cleaning schedule of every other day. Our room was freshened only once in our 7 night stay. Trash was emptied only once. We liked the hotel and will return."
