"The listing says free parking on site. In fact the property is down a pedestrian alley with no vehicle access - that said there is ample free off-road parking close by. Given it's location it's very difficult to find, the view of the property on the listing is only visible once you're inside their yard behind a locked gate - I drove up & down several times looking for the property. "Beautiful, large bedroom, comfortable bed, stunning view. Everything spotlessly clean. Exceptional bathroom. There was a problem with the toilet which was sorted by the time I came back from my day out and about. Friendly breakfast servers. I asked for more milk for my room, which they happily provided. Parking in the street wasn't an issue, costing £18 per day. Great location."

"Stayed over New Year and decided to stay and extra night as we felt so comfortable as staff and food were good.
Room was a little small for a 'premium ' but adequate. The bar/ lounge is great, lovely fires and a lot of residents brought their dog, the staff engaged with all👍👍. Look forward to seeing how they upgrade the hotel after the January shutdown. We will be back."
