"We stayed one night for our stop off at Niagra Falls. This is definitely a budget motel, but for the location and everything in the room worked, it was comfortable and quiet, I would recommend. One negative is they don't have ice. Overall it was definitely worth what we paid."

"The location is unbeatable! 5 minutes walk to the Niagara Falls. It can’t get better than that. But other than that, there is nothing else to highlight for this hotel…If you are lucky, you will get a room with the view of the park. Otherwise, the room directly faces a car parking garage…The hotel is not the cleanest with not many amenities. Hopefully, they will do a better job to maintain the facilities."

"Staff was responsive to my questions prior to check-in. We arrived later at night so the room number was a bit difficult to see due to not being well-lit outside, but we managed to find it. Room was clean & comfortable for our needs. Room cooled off quickly once the AC unit was turned on. WiFi connection was very helpful & useful as our phones did not work otherwise. Appreciated being able to use the ice machine & water dispenser in the office. Would definitely stay here again next time we come...

"The rooms weren’t that clean, on the surface it looked clean but as we got into the room you could see dirt and dust. There were used tissues in the couch, there were stains on the walls and doors.The computer chair handle was broken and the desk outlet wasn’t charging. Worst off there was mildew in the shower ceiling and in the grouts.The pool water was very cloudy and looked dirty with rust on the lift. Only thing is the breakfast was decent for a complimentary breakfast."

"Bathroom, floor and baseboards needs bleached cleaning. Breakfast is disappointing, cold basic boiled eggs, cereals, make your own toast and waffles, but plenty of fresh juice and hot fresh coffee. Shower is plenty hot. Friendly helpful staffs. Room needs another chair at least, no place to sit down. If hot breakfast and room floors are more clean, this will be a better rated."
