"I've stayed several times recently. It's not a 5 star hotel and not a five star crazy room rate. It's in the middle (kind the east end) of The Sunset Strip, The Whisky, Viper Room Rainbow Room (many may be out of business as is much of the city. Not large rooms but a room with 1 King is very pleasant and comfortable compared to the total lack of similarly priced hotels in the area. The Hotel Room Tax (for all hotels is so high, it can make the total price significantly higher. That's goes for all hotels, just seems kinda a lot."

"It's still a Ramada, not a fancy first kind of hotel. It's location is amazing. It's walkable to everything. A Trader Joes next door for premade snacks & meals to go, and as Trader Joes is, very reasonably priced. A new EREHWON opened across the street. The most overpriced foods, and coffe/smoothies worth just seeing the prices of what started out as a very groovy health and healthcare options via herbs or whatever. There is a CVS 7/11 a shot walk and depending on your interests, tons of options walkable or drivable."

"We booked this hotel last year and the reviews were great. Upon arrival one of our party was quite upset due to her cards not working and the staff was mot helpful at all just started at her in disgust. We were also told no further charges were to be made as it was all prepaid through virgin then having over 200 dollars debited from the account! The male members of reception were pretty good but the females were arrogant and ignorant when asking questions or advice. The smell of weed was present throughout the floors and in the lift which wasn’t a nice encounter. I believe this place offered better service before the Hilton takeover which seemed to be what I heard a few customers saying "

"I had a great overall stay at the Andaz hotel. The room was very clean, and everything felt well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff was especially impressive—everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The only downside was the air conditioning unit in the room. It made a noticeable, somewhat annoying noise that was difficult to ignore while trying to sleep. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and I would still consider staying here again."
